17-year-old boy stabbed to death by a member of influential family in Quetta

"The culprit belongs to an influential family of doctors and commissioners and there are high chances of the case being shut without any justice being served," Jibran's friend


A 17-year-old boy named Jibran was allegedly stabbed to death in Quetta near the Askari Petrol Pump on the airport road.

Jibran was taken to hospital but succumbed to his injuries. 

According to details, the victim became involved in a fight with a man named Hubair Khan Kakar, who was harassing Jibran’s female friend. Kakar was allegedly drunk and high on drugs when he stabbed Jibran.

Speaking to a local news outlet, Jibran’s friends said that Kakar belongs to an influential family of doctors and commissioners. There are high chances of the case being closed and the culprit walking away free, without any justice being served.
