There is a long list of companies, who are providing internet services in Pakistan. Some of these ISPs have great facilities and provide a fast internet speed to users.

In order to facilitate you, we have gathered a list of the best and fastest internet service providers in Pakistan.

Best Internet Service Providers in Pakistan

  • Nayatel

Nayatel is a great ISP in Pakistan, and one of the reasons why is the area it covers. Quality is the top priority of Nayatel, which is why they get loyal customers.

Now, Nayatel has stepped up the game, and their unlimited internet packages have gone from 10 Mbps to 20 Mbps. The prices are moderate, as compared to competitor companies.

5 Best Internet Service Providers in Pakistan

  • Stormfiber

Stormfiber is easily the best internet in Pakistan by far. This is also the reason why they have a high rate of installation, but that is the case with all the companies working with fiber. The installation charges of fiber connection can go as high as Rs11,000.

Stormfiber also has vast coverage and availability. They rapidly expand their services to provide the internet to all areas across Pakistan.

  • Optix

Optix is a great Internet Service Provider (ISP) but there is a catch. The service is available in selected areas across Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar, and Rawalpindi. However, they have great customer service.

Their installation charges are Rs10,000, and you have to order the Wi-Fi Router, which can cost Rs4,500. Their packages start from 2 Mbps to 100 Mbps and you get the same downloading and uploading speed. If you have any problem with the connection, it will be sorted out in a matter of hours.

  • Fiber Link

Fiber Link is the fastest service provider across the country, with a speed of 1 Gbps, yes you read that right.

They offer high-speed internet packages at low prices, and their price is lower than PTCL’s connection. They are available in Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Hyderabad, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, and Multan. The packages start from 16 Mbps and go up to 500 Mbps, and this speed can double at night from 2:30 Am to 9 Am.

Its drawback is that you have to wait a long time to get a connection, and also have to make dozens of visits and calls. Their customer support is also the worst and can take weeks to solve the issue. However, once an issue arises, the connection is gone for good.

  • PTCL

How can we forget Pakistan’s number 1 telecommunication internet company? While it may not be the best in terms of speed, the company does have a big coverage area.

PTCL has a grip on the entire of Pakistan, but their services are not the best. Their smart TV, internet, and landline are poor. When it comes to the internet, it may work perfectly fine but if it stops working for some reason, then the connection is gone for good.

The installation charges are Rs5,000 for VDSL and DSL, and Rs15,000 for GPON fiber.

  • Please take ptcl off the list sorry to say but they have the shittiest service of all and their customer service level is below zero the crapiest one over priced and lowest level of service

    • I have been using PTCL for the last 8 years, and Alhamdulillah never faced any major problem (probably because I’m from a small city and there are a lot fewer complaints to handle), and even if we do face, their customer support is super speedy, and the problem gets fixed the next day.

  • So about ptcl installation charges are 5000 for 10 and 20 mbps and 30 mbps its 3500 and 50 its 3000 and 75 its 2000 and 100 mbps is 1000 and same for 250 and 1 gbps and yes its services are worse u can say that because the exchanges and technical field staff r worse no doubt abt that but if ur saying why its bad because they are the only company who iz operation nation wide non other companies are doing that thats we have complain because the huge customer services and abt vdsl Nd dsl services installation charges are 3500 rs

  • Ptcl shit.. anyone in Karachi can use fariya net.. they have best packages.. I have 40Mbps in just 2000 rupees unlimited download

  • In sab ka baap transworld kahan hai? Paisay toh nhi layliye choti company ko sponsor karne kay lol?

    • I agree. I’ve been using transworld home 30mbps connection for over 4 years now. Just after the second year finished they upgraded my package to 50mbps and my monthly bill was unaffected. Zero extra charges. I get 50mbps both ways in the price of 30mbps. Before that only ptcl was available in my area and I had to really struggle to get 10mbps download on my 15mbps connection and the uploads never saw anything above 2mbps.

  • Its amazing how transworld’s name is kept out of articles and publications of Pakistan’s internet providers lists. It is the only privately owned comapny in pakistan that has its own submarine cable amd has a pretty good customer care. Infact stormfiber buys bandwidth from transworld. Clearly it is right up there next to stormfiber

  • I had a very bad and terrible experience of OPTIX. It is a rudderless organization with no foresight. Think 10 times to go for Optix. 😡
