The recent news about the deadbodies found on the rooftop of Nishtar Hospital took the internet by a storm.

Following the tragic news, the Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) of South Punjab, Saqib Zafar, has initiated a probe into the matter. He has constituted a six-member inquiry committee to further look into the matter of the deadbodies found on the rooftop of Nishtar Hospital.

Did staff dump deadbodies on the rooftop of Nishtar Hospital?

Remains of hundreds of deceased people have been found on the rooftop of Nishtar Hospital in Multan. Allegedly, up to 500 bodies were found but the actual number still remains unknown.

The news became public after Chief Minister of Punjab’s Advisor, Chaudhary Zaman Gujjar, visited the hospital and then discovered the numerous putrid bodies on the roof of the hospital. He then ordered the health authorities to take action against the staff, and remarked that the abandoned bodies need to be cremated as soon as possible. News sources were told by a student at Nishtar Medical University that hte students were using the bodies for medical research.

The student claimed that the victims had been put to use in the experiment, and then had been left on the roof so that skulls and bones could be removed for medical study in the future.
