Aamir Liaquat under fire for disrespectful remarks about Shias [VIDEO]
A petition has been filed in the police station for a blasphemy case against Liaquat.
Social media users have been demanding to arrest the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) National Assembly member and controversial TV host Aamir Liaquat Hussain. He has become a top trend on Twitter after making derogatory remarks against the Shias.

Following this, a petition has been filed in the police station for a blasphemy case. Liaquat had made a controversial statement regarding the Shia sect on the occasion of his arrival in Madina Mosque two days ago.
Regarding the blasphemy case against Amir Liaquat Hussain, the petition filed with Sachal Police Station stated that the PTI leader had leveled baseless allegations against the Shia school of thought. He also defamed Maulana Haider Abbas Abidi in his speech.
The petitioner said that a case should be registered against Aamir Liaquat under Articles 298A and 295A of the Constitution of Pakistan.
