Through the scheme, teachers will be provided free training as “Educational Counsellors.”

Eligibility Criteria:
- Teachers of classes 8 to 12 in English and Urdu medium can apply.
- Tuition center teachers and fresh grads giving part-time tuitions are also encouraged to apply.
- Both male and female teachers can apply.
