Renowned actor and host Ayesha Sana has been declared a proclaimed offender by a sessions court in Lahore. According to details, perpetual warrants against Ayesha Sana have also been issued.
Additional Sessions Judge Syed Ali Abbas issued a written order declaring Ayesha Sana a fugitive for not appearing despite repeated summons. The verdict said that the proceeding to declare her a proclaimed offender was initiated after she didn’t appear before the court.
A cybercrime case was filed by the Federal Investigation Agency against the actress upon the complaint of Yousuf Baig Mirza, her ex husband. The complainant accused the actress of uploading inappropriate photos of his daughter and wife online.
Earlier this year, a Lahore court had issued a non-bailable arrest warrant against Ayesha Sana. The “De Ijazat” actress has a long history of criminal cases against her.
Last year, a real estate agent, Ali Moeen, had filed a case against her. He accused her of borrowing an amount of two million Pakistani Rupees in the form of monthly committee funds. The real estate agent then approached the police after she gave him a cheque that bounced.
