Babar Azam gives journalist a savage reply who asked him about his conversation with Virat Kohli [Video]

Here's what Babar Azam replied.

Babar Azam and Virat Kohli

Pakistan cricket team is unstoppable under the captaincy of Babar Azam. The right handed batsman led his team to the semi-final of the recently concluded ICC Men’s T20 World Cup in UAE, which also also included Pakistan’s maiden world cup win against the arch rivals India. Pakistan beat India by 10-wickets.
The T20 world cup campaign was followed by a superb performance against Bangladesh, where they won the T20I and test series with ease.

Last night, the Men in Green beat the visiting West Indies cricket team by 63 runs in the first T20 match of the three-match series. It was Pakistan’s 18th T20 victory of the year, which means they are the only team in the world to do so.

Babar Azam and Virat Kohli’s comparison is something which is always talked about whenever there is a conversation regarding cricket. Pakistani journalists are well-known for asking odd questions, the recent example is a Pakistani journalist’s question from Muhammad Nabi.

During the pre-match press conference, something similar happened when a journalist asked Babar Azam about his conversation with Virat Kohli. The reporter asked: ““Babar, there have been a lot of questions regarding the series. But a video surfaced during the T20 World Cup, where you and Virat Kohli were spotted chatting. So what did you guys talk about? What did you tell him, or what did he tell you? He is going through a tough time since he has been removed as captain. What did you speak to him about during the World Cup?.”

The Pakistani media manager asked the journalist to refrain from asking questions unrelated to the series between Pakistan and West Indies. However, the journalist was adamant on getting answer and Babar Azam didn’t disappoint with his savage reply.

“Of course, we had a discussion. But why would I reveal it in front of everyone?” said Babar Azam.

The second T20I match between Pakistan and India will be played today at the National Cricket Stadium, Karachi. A victory will earn Pakistan another T20 series win, improving their ICC ranking further.
