Babar Azam Reveals His Favorite Innings, Toughest Opponents and Future PSL Plans
He revealed that playing against Dale Steyn isn't that difficult as his bowling action is clean.
As most of the cricketers are doing at the moment, Azhar Ali and Babar Azam also held an Instagram live session for their fans.
During the live session, Babar Azam revealed his toughest opponents, his favorite innings as well as his future plans in the Pakistan Super League.
The right-handed batsman named Josh Hazelwood, Mitchell Starc, Trent Boult and Pat Cummins as the most difficult bowlers to play against.
“Every team has bowlers that bowl above 140 KPH and are experienced. Bowlers like [Josh] Hazlewood, [Mitchell] Starc, [Pat] Cummins and [Trent] Boult always give you a tough time,” he said.

Babar Azam termed his hundred against New Zealand in the world cup 2019 as his favorite innings.
“My favorite innings was against New Zealand in the World Cup. The ball was spinning a lot. Hafeez bhai asked me to approach the Kiwi spinners like you are playing a Test match. So I tried to play as straight as possible which worked. ”
Players switching teams in franchise-based cricket is nothing new but it seems Babar Azam isn’t going to leave his current Pakistan Super League side, Karachi Kings, any time soon.
Replying to a question from Azhar Ali, the number one T20 batsman expressed his desire of continuing with the Karachi Kings in the upcoming seasons of PSL.
“You should not leave the team you have been playing for. Throughout, I have been playing for Karachi Kings so I should stick with them. Just because I am performing well doesn’t mean that I should keep changing my team,” Babar Azam said.
