Balochistan now has its first mobile police station to ensure timely service

According to details, citizens will be able to carry out all essential tasks at these mobile police stations.

The first-ever mobile police station has been launched in Balochistan on a trial basis. The Chief Minister of Balochistan, Jam Kamal Khan, took to Twitter to update the public:

While speaking to a media outlet, The CM Balochistan said:

The purpose of establishing a mobile police station is to ensure immediate registration of public complaints and to ensure subsequent government action on them.

According to details, citizens will be able to carry out all essential tasks at these mobile police stations. These tasks may include everything from crime reporting and loss reports to the driver\\’s license registration and character certificates.

Bearing in mind the current scenario, the police officers working at the mobile police stations are fully complying with the Covid-19 Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) set by the government.

The CM further implied that the facility aims to cater timely to the people\\’s needs so that the police gain the public\\’s trust.

Currently, the mobile police station has been initiated on a trial basis. Further actions to improve the facilities for such police stations by providing quality internet access and other necessities will depend on the project\\’s initial success and its performance on the trial basis.
