BCCI invites Ramiz Raja For IPL Final
The Chairman PCB was invited by the BCCI President, Sourav Ganguly.
Despite the tension between Pakistan and India, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has invited Pakistan Cricket Board’s chairman, Ramiz Raja, for the final of the Indian Premier League. The Chairman PCB was invited by the BCCI President, Sourav Ganguly.
According to sources, Ramiz Raja has decided against attending the final. “The invitation was extended on the sidelines of the Asian Cricket Council’s Executive Board meeting on Friday,” Cricket Pakistan reported.
Kolkata Knight Riders and Chennai Super Kings will be seen battling it out for the IPL trophy tonight at the Dubai International Stadium. The heads of the two cricket boards also discussed areas of mutual interest during their meeting.
Pakistan and India will clash in the much anticipated match of the ICC T20 World Cup on October 24th in Dubai. The two arch rivals haven’t faced each other in a bilateral series since 2012, when India hosted Pakistan for a limited-overs series.
