Political differences of the Bhutto family could not be resolved even on the marriage of Bakhtawar Bhutto.
The chairperson of the Pakistan Peoples Party of Shaheed Bhutto and Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto’s daughter-in-law, Ghinva Bhutto, and her family could not get an invitation to attend the happy occasion.
According to sources, the PPP co-chairman, Asif Ali Zardari, and Murtaza Bhutto’s widow, Ghinva Bhutto have been at loggerheads for decades, with both families refusing to attend each other’s celebrations.
In this regard, on the occasion of the marriage of Benazir Bhutto’s daughter Bakhtawar Bhutto this month, Ghani Bhutto, her son Zulfiqar Jr. and daughter Fatima Bhutto could not be invited.
Sources claimed that the main reason for the two families’ growing differences is the book named “Blood and the Song of the Sword”. The book was written by Fatima Bhutto a few years ago, in which she made important revelations about Benazir Bhutto and Asif Zardari.
Recently, rumors of Fatima Bhutto’s entry into politics have also been circulating. Sources have revealed that she will be handed over the PPP Shaheed Bhutto’s leadership in the next few days.
It is pertinent to mention here that Bakhtawar Bhutto Zardari and her fiancé Mahmood Chaudhary are set to marry on the 29th of January 2021.
