The buses operate along premeditated routes with the customers boarding the buses from fixed pickup spots to get dropped to their destinations.

Pakistan might be the new workplace for Swvl but the team workers have enough knowledge about the local transportation dynamics. Swvl’s head of the global expansion Shahzad Memon who is the Pakistani national was previously with the Cream serving as supply manager before joining Swvl.
