Expert Opinion on Wuling Hong Guang Mini EV launch in Pakistan

The vehicle might not be an ideal fit for rural dwellers, but it’s an excellent choice for city dwellers because:

  • It’s economical
  • It takes up less space, so it’s easy to park
  • It can travel from one end of the city to another and back again with a 170 KM range or even with a 120 KM range
  • It can function for at least two days without a charge which helps counter blackouts, scheduled load shedding, and limited charging stations in cities
  • Its 13.8 KWh battery might take approximately 17 units of electricity, making 200 rupees per 100 KMs which is not bad at all

The massive success and sales of the vehicle in China have excited many Pakistanis. Given the opinion of experts on the vehicle’s functionality, car enthusiasts can’t wait for the EV to make its way into the country’s auto market.
