Two Christians Convert to Islam after being Impressed by Muslims in KPK
They did so because they were impressed with the conduct of Muslims performing their duty at a quarantine center.
Two Christian brothers converted to Islam in the Bara sub-division of Khyber tribal district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, a few days ago.
Local sources told MENAFN – Tribal News Network that the two brothers – Waris Yousaf Maseeh and Sattar Yousaf Maseeh – hailing from the Multan district of Punjab, work under the Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) at a quarantine center in Dogra area.
After converting to Islam, the brothers have changed their names to Abdul Waris and Abdul Sattar, respectively.
Choosing it out of the will
When asked about their sudden conversion to Islam, the brothers said that they did so according to their own free will, and no one pressurized them.
They said that they were very impressed with the conduct of Muslims performing their duty at the quarantine center in Dogra Hospital and decided to embrace Islam. They said Islam gives them a purpose and is a complete code of life. They also expressed satisfaction in taking the right decision.
The local elders congratulated the two brothers for embracing Islam and presented them with floral garlands. They expressed happiness over the two brothers embracing Islam. They said that Muslims can impress people of other religions by following the actual teachings of Islam and showing a high degree of respect, patience, forbearance, and nobility under Islamic teachings.
