CNBC Journalist accused of trying to ‘seduce’ PM Imran Khan and she has a befitting reply
''Could her dress have been any shorter? In Davos no less where it’s -6 degrees''.
CNBC journalist Hadley Gamble has been accused of trying to seduce Prime Minister Imran Khan. According to Doreen Kiani, the journalist tried to ‘seduce’ the prime minister by wearing a short dress during his interview on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos.
“Could her dress have been any shorter? In Davos no less where it’s -6 degrees. Is she interviewing him or trying to seduce him? [sic]”, Doreen Kiani tweeted along with a clip of Imran Khan’s interview.

Earlier, Imran Khan rejected the idea that the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) was a debt trap for Pakistan. He denied that CPEC had made Pakistan ‘indebted’ to China and said that Chinese loans made up only 5% to 6% of Pakistan’s total loan portfolio.
While speaking to the news outlet, he said that Pakistan was grateful to China for helping the country in times of need.
“CPEC envisages cooperation in different sectors, including technology transfer in the agriculture sector,” he said.
