Pakistan and China are committed to mutual consultation and mutual assistance for joint interests in the CPEC projects.
If the US truly cares about the development and prosperity of Pakistan, it should bring money and resources, rather than act as a world policeman and inciting China-Pakistan relations.

The Chinese Embassy in Pakistan has said that before accusing China-Pakistan relations, the US should look back and see what it has done to Pakistan.
The Embassy said that the US Deputy Secretary of State for South and Central Asia, Alice Wells once again made negative comments on the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor. The Embassy said there is nothing new in the statement and both Pakistan and China have rejected it.

Oppose US intervention
The Embassy added we are more than happy that the United States established relations with Pakistan but we strongly oppose US intervention into Pakistan-China relations and the economic transit.
Pakistan and China are committed to mutual consultation and mutual assistance for joint interests in the CPEC projects. CPEC is playing a vital role in improving the economic and social development of Pakistan and improving the standard of living of the people, said the Embassy.
If US truly cares
The Embassy further added, “If the US truly cares about the development and prosperity of Pakistan and the region, it should bring money and resources, promote win-win cooperation based on mutual respect, fairness, and justice, rather than act as a world policeman, disseminating rumors and inciting China-Pakistan relations.”
The Embassy said China-Pakistan ties are rock-solid and unbreakable. “China will continue to work with the Pakistani government and people to gradually develop the Belt and Road Initiative and CPEC to promote regional peace and development.”
