HEC creates an online portal to attest degrees online.

The Higher Education Commission (HEC) took to Twitter on Friday to announce that degrees can now be attested online. The commission said:

The official online degree attestation process has begun. All students seeking degree attestation should apply on their website

The tweet continued to explain:

All students can visit the e-service website and upload the relevant documents to get their degrees attested.

Degrees can now be attested online.

The HEC further stated:

The attestation process would no longer function on the link http:/eportal.hec.gov.pk. However, old applicants would be able to use their previously verified username and password to log-in to the ‘e-services’ portal.

It should be noted that this online verification and attestation service is Pakistan’s first electronic verification service.
