The Finance, Revenue, and Economic Affairs Divisions have resolved around 42,444 complaints through Pakistan Citizen’s Portal (PCP).

According to data revealed by the PCP, 44,554 complaints were received by these divisions overall.

Pakistan Citizen’s Portal (PCP) is a government-owned Mobile Application (available on both Android and iOS) and is being used as a tool to promote a citizen-centric governance. Prime Minister Imran Khan inaugurated the app in 2018 to connect people with the government for solutions to their problems.
