Coldplay, a famous British musical band, has recently released their new album known as ‘Everyday Life’ and is currently making the rounds everywhere in the world. Nonetheless, fans in Pakistan are delighted as Coldplay paid tribute to Amjad Sabri, our beloved singer who passed away in 2016.
‘Everyday Life’ the newly released album by Coldplay is currently running in the music top charts. Referring to the music records, Coldplay has reached at the top of the album charts consecutively for the eighth time. It has crossed the new album of Robbie Williams’ in the pinnacle of the album charts.
The oh-so-popular album of Coldplay features a number of amazing songs, but there’s one that pays homage to the legendary Amjab Sabri, a Pakistani singer. It is a song named as ‘church’ that has an audible glance of our all-time favorite ‘Viva la Vida’ with a few samples by Amjad Sabri keening when the song ends. The vocalist of the song is Chris Martin, and this goes without saying that Chris has a very soothing voice.
The band was interviewed by ENTERCOM, where they happily acknowledged the fact that Pakistani legend Amjad Sabri had a great voice and the vocals of his qawwalis are beautiful as well.

Pakistanis were also proud of this!
