Kashif Zameer, the managing director of Chaudhry Groups of Companies and the man who hosted Dirilis Ertugrul star Engin Altan Düzyatan during his Lahore visit, is allegedly facing at least eight cases of felony.
Reports state that the eight alleged cases against Zameer are those of fraud, betrayal of trust, car theft, and robbery.
Among the many cases of fraud conducted by Zameer, one has been seconded by Engin Altan Düzyatan. The Turkish actor alleges that Zameer did not pay him the promised amount.
Sources reveal that Zameer struck a deal of one million dollars with the Turkish actor, Engin Altan Düzyatan, but paid only half of it. In an interview with Daily Pakistan, Kashif Zameer said:
A deal of Rs. 17 crore with Engin Altan has been finalized. He is the global brand ambassador of my company.
It should be noted that previously, the Turkish star was planning to visit Pakistan as the brand ambassador for the Blue World City. However, soon, it was revealed that the Blue World City project was an illegal housing scheme. The Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) had even filed charges against the Blue World City.
Engin Altan Düzyatan managed to escape the Blue World City deal but landed in another mess as he agreed to become the brand ambassador of Zameer’s company.
