SHOCKING: Female TikToker shoots friend’s husband for his involvement in a jirga

According to recent media reports, the Peshawar police have arrested a female TikToker for shooting a man in the provincial capital. The incident took place on Wednesday.

Details about the shooting incident

Police officials state that Ishrat, known as King Khan in the TikTok world, shot her friend Sana’s husband. The TikToker had allegedly invited the man over. However, she shot him on the pretext of his participation in an ongoing jirga.

Following the shooting, the man was shifted to a nearby hospital, where he is now being treated for his severe bullet injuries. Ishrat has been arrested by the Peshawar police and transferred to the women’s police station of the city.

Investigation into the case

The law enforcement agency said:

The accused (Ishrat) has confessed to her crime during initial interrogation. A first information report (FIR) has been registered at the Shahpur police station.

Police investigation into the matter has unveiled that the man had sore relations with his wife Sana, who was staying at her TikToker friend’s house. The police claim to also have recovered a 9MM pistol from the possession of the accused (Ishrat). Further investigation of the incident is underway.

Another incident involving a TikToker

This isn’t the first time a TikToker has made the headlines for the wrong reasons. A TikToker from Malir, Karachi, lost his life in December last year while shooting an ‘adventurous video’.

According to a preliminary investigation, the suspects (a group of TikTokers) opened fire for an adventure, which took one man’s life. Police recovered the weapon and a motorcycle used in the incident from their possession and arrested the suspects involved in the shooting soon after the incident.
