  • Assalamualaikum. I hereby want to share/deliver my views and comment keeping in view the importance oh government Housing schemes. Ist of all it is submitted for the kind and sympathetic consideration of the higher authorities as well for the political leaders, that all the housing projects and Schemes are oftenly beyond from the approach of poor people, the labour’s, the low paid government and private sector employees, because a huge number of low income people are unable to pay the down payments, the high instalment, in a limited period of time. However the Naya Pakistan Housing Projects is looking totally different from other Housing projects. Because in one hand it is only for those people who have no own plot or house registered with the government record, on the other hand it’s initial Registration fee is economical, cheap, easy and approachable for the poor people of the society as they can register themselves easily from any Nadra office, easy Paisa franchise, PCO etc without any difficult and reluctance. On the other hand the price of house provided to the successful allotees are also economical. The poor people are still unable to buy such house on instalment basis, as their minor salaries/wages are not enough to meet their basic day to day requirements. However, it is a light in darkness and s is a source of hope for the poor people if some reformations may be made in NPHP to Make it easy and aporachabe for the low income prople. in this regard is is requested that the irate of instalment may kindly be reduced and time period of instalment may be extended even the next kins of allotees may be allowed to pay the instalments in case of death of the allotees. The balloting process may be expedited in order to avoid/save the registered applicants from frustration and long waiting. The rate of down payment may be reduced for labourers, widows, orphans, female members as well as for low paid government and private sector employees. Forwarded for kind and sympathetic considerations of high up please. With regards
