Fully funded Korean scholarship: Eligibility, benefits, how to apply

There are a number of different scholarship programs being offered at postgraduate and doctorate level to help capable students get an opportuinity to study in Korea.

You can now study in Korea’s top universities by availing any of their scholarships. The Embassy of the Republic of Korea has just announced its fully funded scholarship programs. All the international students, including the ones from Pakistan, can now pursue their Masters degree in South Korea.

The travel expenses and the education is completely sponsored by the government.

Some of the benefits of this scholarship have been mentioned below:

1- It is open for all masters programmes
2- The airfare, in economy class, is completely covered
3- An allowance of KRW 200,000, for resettlement, is also provided
4- Candidates also get the free national health insurance
5- The total cost of Korean language courses is also covered
6- The complete tuition fee is covered
7- KRW 100,000 is provided on completion of degree

Eligibility criteria:

• Only the international students can apply, Korean citizens are not eligible for the scholarship
• Candidates applying for the program must be under the age of 40 years
• The applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent or higher level of education than a bachelor’s degree

The last date to apply for the program is 3rd March, 2023.
