  • Its good and appreciated but when current govt. will stop discrimination against overseas Pakistani students getting admission in Pakistani private medical and other professional colleges. Such students’ marks are deducted 10%to 15% depending where they studied and under which system in the name of equalization. How they can compete if already their markes are deducted.Rather improving local education system they punish Pakistani overseas students who studied through better and a more compressive system.
secondly they are charged about 3 times more than local students in US dollars
For example private medical college about 10 lakh per annum but overseas Pakistani students are asked to pay US $18000.00 per annum. Are they not pakistani? It’s Unhuman and unconstitutional. Please don’t consider them foreigners .they are Pakistanis and love Pakistan same like those living in the country.

  • As I understood that it’s not for an ordinary people which creat doubts of corruption. Frankly I don’t know who are privileged people and what’s Foreign Exchange Remittance Cardholders, who will pay $100,000 over two years.

  • I support collecting 3x fees from overseas pakistanis (if the parents are NOT settled back in pakistan). Most of these parents SHAMELESSLY send their kids to Pakistan to love with relatives, and to get almost FREE education (compare to foreign university fees) while they themselves stay outside and keep earning their Riyal, or Dollars or Euros. And as soon as their kids finish their education, they all run away out of Pakistan ! Stop looting Pakistan from each and every angle !!!

  • I suggest that government should give incentives for (in addition to others):
    1. Investments in productive areas which will promote jobs and increase products rather than in non productive areas like purchase of cars and houses 🏘 only.
    2. Purchase of agricultural lands, import of farm machineries, setting up export oriented agricultural industry, animal husbandry, livestock, fisheries, abattoirs, meat and milk export industry and organic hydroponic agriculture which will earn us foreign exchange.
    3. Setting cottage and small industries.
ALL incentives should be linked to the amount of remittance sent through banking channels.
