‘He should be arrested for instigating hatred amongst Pakistanis,’ Iffat Omar slams Imran Khan
PM Shehbaz Sharif arrived in Madinah on a three-day visit to Saudi Arabia.
Actress Iffat Omar is not afraid to have her views known. Recently, she took to Twitter and talked about how former Prime Minister Imran Khan is responsible for the offensive slogans against PML-N leaders. She went on to say that he should be arrested for instigating hatred amongst Pakistanis.
PM Shehbaz Sharif arrived in Madinah on a three-day visit to Saudi Arabia. Upon seeing the PM-led delegations, PTI fans started chanting ‘chor chor.’ The pilgrims expressed outrage at Shahzain Bugti and Marriyum Aurangzeb, upon which the security guards surrounded Shehbaz Sharif’s vehicle. A crowd followed them and chanted slogans against them.
Upon his arrival, the Prime Minister of Pakistan was received by Governor Medina Prince Faisal Bin Salman Al Saud and other high-level Saudi officials. Ministers like Miftah Ismail and Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari are among others who are accompanying him on his visit.
During his visit, the PM will meet and hold talks with the Saudi leadership. These talks will have a particular focus on advancing economic, trade, and investment ties and the creation of greater opportunities for the Pakistani workforce in Saudi Arabia
This isn’t the first time Iffat Omar has spoken out against the former Prime Minister. Before this, she said that if a man speaks out against him, he is labeled disloyal, when a woman speaks out, she is called characterless and when a journalist does it, he is called a ‘paid journalist.’
