Here’s how much The Batman earned at the Pakistani box office

The Batman box office

Robert Pattinson’s The Batman is off to a great start at the international box office. The DC’s latest release has earned over 200 million dollars in its first week at worldwide box office.

Ever since Robert Pattinson was announced as the next saviour of Gotham, many wondered whether he will live up to the expectations. Replacing Christian Bale as the Batman was one hell of a challenge and Pattinson took it pretty good.

Just like the DC fans around the globe, Pakistani fans were super-excited for the release of the film. The new Batman movie has received great response from fans in Pakistan and the box office numbers speak for itself.

According to a report, The Batman has earned approximately 4.5 crores PKR at the Pakistani box office over the first weekend. If we compare its first weekend business with Spider Man: No Way Home, its far behind it. The Tom Holland’s movie earned 9.12 crores PKR during its first weekend in Pakistan.

However, The Batman is expected to earn some good numbers in its second week. It will hopefully hit the 10 crore mark since there are no major releases in April. The movie will be screened across Pakistan till Eid.

On the other hand, the Pakistani film Ishrat: Made in China, which was released a day before The Batman, has turned out to be a box office disaster. It could only earn 20-25 lacs PKR over the weekend. It is pertinent to mention that the makers had spent 12 to 14 crores on this film.
