Following Pakistan International Airline’s (PIA) latest update, you can now check your flight details through WhatsApp.
This innovative step taken by PIA will help to improve the overall travel experience of passengers by introducing the new chatbot. This chatbot will give users easy access to all of the flight-related information that they need to know in one simple step.
PIA announces new chatbot
The chatbot permits users to confirm tickets and seats online, and this will make the overall procedure extremely convenient for passengers. This will be especially helpful for those who don’t have experience traveling and might be nervous about the entire procedure due to it being their first time.
Likewise, passengers can also get guidance on different flight-related issues, like seat selection and ticket verification. Not only that, but you can also verify the schedule and timing of the flight.
In a Twitter post, the national airline confirmed this update. Further saying that users can send Hi for registration.

According to PIA’s tweet, the airline’s primary goal is to support services for customers, and the new WhatsApp chatbot is further proof of this determination. Previously, customers had to go to PIA’s offices or call a hotline to get information about their flight, but they can do all that using the messaging app. The national flag bearer will continue to provide in-person customer care to those who prefer the conventional method of booking.
Improvements being made to PIA
The Minister for Railways and Aviation, Khawaja Saad Rafique has said that improvements are being made in Pakistan Railways and PIA to facilitate passengers. Planes of the national carriers are being equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and flight routes are also being improved to help facilitate those who are traveling.
