Husband kills and cooks wife infront of kids after she refused to have ‘extramarital affairs’

On the premises of a private school in Block 4, Gulshan-i-Iqbal, Karachi, a husband killed and cooked parts of his wife in front of their children.
The motive behind the gruesome murder is still being investigated by the official authorities, but sources suggest that the husband had asked his wife to engage in illicit extramarital affairs. However, when she refused to do so, he murdered her.
SSP East, Syed Abdul Rahim Sherazi said the couple were living in the school’s servant quarters with their six children. The institute had been closed for a year, and the culprit worked as a watchman there.
One of the couple’s daughters called the police to inform them about the murder. The man then fled the scene of the crime, accompanied by his three children before police raided the building.
The body of the deceased has been shifted to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC) to complete the medico-legal obligations. Doctors confirmed that the victim’s left leg and forearm were separated from the knee and elbow.
The law enforcement agency has registered a case against the culprit, and raids are being made for his arrest. The SSP assured that the man will be traced and put behind bars.
