Indian Media fumes after Abhinandan’s mannequin is displayed at PAF Museum

Indian media has been crying hard after a mannequin of the downed Indian pilot, Abhinandan Varthaman, was put on display inside a war museum of Pakistan Air Force (PAF) in Karachi.

The picture that has been making rounds on social media shows Abhinandan Varthaman in the custody of Pakistani armed forces. A Pakistani soldier standing beside him and his “fantastic cup of tea” can also be seen in the picture.

After the picture went viral on the internet, Indian media has been fuming over the “disrespect” shown by Pakistani authorities.

Here’s How Indian Media Reacted

Abhinandan Varthaman was captured by Pakistan’s armed forces after his MiG-21 was shot down by Wing Commander Nauman Ali Khan. As a gesture of peace by the Prime Minister Imran Khan, the Indian pilot was handed over to the Indian authorities at Wagah border.
