T20 World Cup: Indian ministers demand cancellation of Pakistan-India Match

Indian Union Minister Giriraj Singh has demanded the cancellation of the Pak-India match due to the tension between the two countries.

Two Indian ministers have demanded the cancellation of the match between Pakistan and India in the T20 World Cup.

According to Indian media, Indian Union Minister Giriraj Singh has demanded the cancellation of the Pak-India match due to the tension between the two countries.

“I think the match should be reconsidered since the relations between India and Pakistan aren’t good,” he said.

Furthermore, Punjab Minister Pargat Singh also advised to cancel the match between the two arch-rivals.

“India vs Pakistan match in T20 World Cup shouldn’t be held because the situation at the border isn’t ideal and both the countries are currently going through a stressful period. We have to guard humanity and not do anything that may end up putting further stress on the relationship between the two countries,” he said.

The match between Pakistan and India will be played on October 24 in Dubai. It will be sixth time that the two teams will meet in a T20 world cup.
