The Islamabad Policy Research Institute (IPRI) has launched a customized dashboard visualizing the data on suicide bombings in Pakistan from 1995 to 2020.

The initiative has been taken to understand the impact and find recurring patterns on suicide bombings.

The IT Consultant and Analytics Consultant, Dr. Zeeshan ul Hassan Usmani, has compiled a dataset for attacks between 1995to 2017 from Kaggle- a subsidiary of Google LLC, an online community of data scientists.

However, data collected from authentic sources for attacks by IPRI between 2018-2020 has also been added to the dashboard.

IPRI is one of the oldest non-partisan think-tanks on all aspects of National Security, including economic security, international relations & lawfare, strategic studies, governance, and public policy in Pakistan.

The organization was established in 1999 and has been affiliated with the National Security Division, Government of Pakistan. It represents two decades of precise and timely analysis of crucial strategic agendas and inter-governmental processes that influence national and regional policy communities.
