Many people describe the Quran as an “exceptional” example of Islamic art, with calligraphy contained within beautiful blue and gold lines. The pages are decorated with gold roundel verse markers and surah headings in gold.

Astonishingly artistic, the book is covered with a stamped and gilded Safavid binding. Simultaneously, the pages inside have calligraphy in gold ruled panels, with emblems in the margin illuminated in white, blue, and gold.
