Jinnah’s Pakistan: Another temple handed over to Hindu community in Zhob
On Thursday, an ancient Hindu Temple was handed over to members of the Hindu community in Zhob, Balochistan.
This was done so during a function that was hosted in Babu Mohala Zhob. Deputy Commissioner Zhob Talha Saleem, along with Masjid Maulvi Allah Dad Kakar, Khateeb Jamia and other members of the Hindu community also took part in the function.
The keys of the temple were handed over to the Hindu community by the Deputy Commissioner during the function. While speaking at the event, Deputy Commissioner said that a primary school was present inside the Temple, which will be shifted to a proper place in the near future.
Maulavi Allah Dad Kakar termed this gesture as an example of a tolerant society in Pakistan for all religions. He said that people of Zhob respected all religions.
