Just Like Mere Paas Tum Ho, Ehd-e-Wafa’s Last Episode Also To Be Screened In Cinemas

Following in the footsteps of Mere Paas Tum Ho, the makers of Ehd-e-wafa have reportedly decided to screen the last episode of the hit drama in cinemas across the country.

According to a local entertainment online  portal Epk, the last two episodes of 26 episodes long drama will be combined to release in theaters. This also means that the last episode of the drama will be delayed for a week.

Sources have revealed that the Ehd-e-Wafa team and Hum TV network are currently in talks for whether to go ahead with the decision of airing the last episode in theaters or not. But this would also require the nod from ISPR.

The cast of Ehd-e-Wafa includes Ahad Raza Mir, Osman Khalid Butt, Alizeh Shah, Vaneeza Ahmad, Zara Noor Abbas and Wahaj Ali.

Earlier, the decision to screen the last episode of Mere Paas Tum Ho proved to be a great success. The drama garnered lots of money at the box office.

Its earnings surpassed the last installment of Fast & Furious. Mere Paas Tum Ho reportedly earned Rs 3 crore at the box office.

  • No, I don’t think it should released in cinema, TV has its own space in everyone lives, cinema is not in excess of everyone, TV is in all homes, I pray to Allah ispr will not permit hum TV to take it to cinema. I don’t think hum TV is not earning lot of money from TV by this drama, money is not everything hum TV should honor their audience

    • It doesn’t matter if the final episode of the play is shown in the cinema or not, but it shouldn’t be late.

  • Why not. MPTH has no morals and show nothing but nonSence whereas AWAFA shows true friendship and inspiring youth.

  • I wouldn’t mind if they played it on theatres, but since I don’t have access to theatres in Pakistan, I would prefer it at home because when they play it in theatres they end up making it unavailable anywhere online or tv.

  • No…. because there is nothing special in this drama this drama is based on fantasy they are not showing the reality of army officers and other affairs. In this drama everything is like bread and butter.
