On Monday, a tea company owner in Karachi allegedly received a demand for the extortion of Rs100 million with an envelope carrying two bullets.

The extortion demand was made by unknown people who hand-delivered the envelope to the watchman. It carried two bullets and a letter that exhaustively detailed the whereabouts of the threat recipient.

In his report, the complainant, Saqlain, said that two men handed over a courier company envelope to the guard, and it had his Karachi and Islamabad information on it.

It demands extortion and is threatening. The police have launched a probe into the matter. Police officials said they were also looking for footage from the CCTV cameras installed in the surroundings.
