An image of King Edward Medical College application form has been making rounds on Twitter. The image shows that the criteria of the medical college for their sanitation worker is a ‘non-Muslim only’
The photo is of an application form with multiple employment vacancies at the prestigious college. Next to each vacancy, the criteria for employment is mentioned. Under the position of ‘Sanitary Worker’, the criteria mentioned is: ‘Only non-muslim persons who belong to minorities will be accommodated’.

This year, the Pakistan Army stated that they will withdraw the ‘Christian-only’ condition for sanitary workers. This decision was received with praise from the public, people lauded the decision, saying that by scrapping this rule, they were removing the discrimination against minorities.
