GROUNDBREAKING: KP government launches first-ever ‘crypto advisory committee’ of Pakistan
The Advisory Committee's inaugural meeting would be held on the 17th of March.
The government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has launched Pakistan’s first-ever Crypto Advisory Committee.
The Advisor to the Chief Minister on Science and Technology, Ziaullah Bangash, announced this after conducting a meeting with the provincial assembly members who approved the initiative.

Bangash added that the Advisory Committee’s inaugural meeting would be held on the 17th of March to “review and discuss important steps to monitor and legalize essential regulations.
The meeting will be held online at the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Technology Board due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation.
Besides the announcement, Bangash appreciated Wakar Zaka for his countless efforts in spreading awareness about cryptocurrencies.
