LAHORE: CEO of Porsche Pakistan runs away with nearly a billion rupees
Police have sought help from the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) in solving the fraud and flee case.
Lahore -The CEO of Porsche Pakistan and luxury car brand dealer, Abu Zar Bukhari, has run away with PKR 800 million. Bukhari fled the country after collecting booking charges in advance from many people for high-end vehicles, which he never delivered.
Police have said many of the victims defrauded by the accused lodged their complaints with the police stations in Ghalib Market, Gulberg, Sarwar Road, and Naseerabad.
According to details, the police have sought help from the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) in solving the fraud and flee case. At the same time, the preparations are underway to enlist Bukhari’s name in the Interpol list for his extradition.
As per the latest update, after duping millions in the name of advance car booking payment, the fraudulent had fled to Dubai first, following which he flew to London.
