The Mazar-e-Quaid’s administration has decided to approach the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) to ask for the removal of the viral ‘dancing’ video from TikTok. A video of a girl dancing in front of the mausoleum went viral on social media, which received a lot of criticism for being ‘inappropriate’.

Speaking to a local media source, a member of the Mazar-e-Quaid’s security team said that the matter is being investigated. He said the authorities have also decided to take up the matter with the FIA.

The people are irked by the video as it features a woman dressed in white with her face covered, dancing in front of the mausoleum. They believe that the video is ‘disrespectful’ and damages the ‘sanctity’ of the historical place.
