The National Stadium in Karachi will be the venue for the first half matches, whilst the other half will take place in Lahore's Gaddafi Stadium, as well as the playoffs.

Karachi Kings will take up from where they left off in their successful performance in Pakistan Super League 2020 campaign. They will face 2019 winners Quetta Gladiators in the initial match in PSL 6 2021 on February 20.

The next day, finalists of 2020 PSL Lahore Qalandar will take on 2017 champions Peshawar Zalmi, while Islamabad United will have a match against Multan Sultans simultaneously.

The final of the much-anticipated series will take place at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore. The final is set to happen on the 22nd of March. This will be the first time the stadium will hold a match since 2017.

This time all of the matches will be held in only Karachi and Lahore. This is to make sure that the series takes place in a safe and secure manner during the coronavirus pandemic.

When it comes to public attendance of the matches, a decision will be made when the series are up close. This is to adapt to the ever-evolving pandemic situation. The organizers of the event still have a close eye on the events and have contacted concerned government officials.

The organizers made sure that each team plays equal numbers of the day and night matches. They have also ensured that weekends are used up to the maximum when making schedules for double-headers. This will allow for maximum coverage and following.

The 15th of February marks the commencement of the support period for PSL. Foreign players will be required to test negative for Covid, and they will have to take two further PCR tests upon arrival. Asymptomatic positive players will have to isolate for 5 days.

Here is the official schedule for the event. Day matches will start at 2 pm, while night matches will begin at 7 pm. Friday double-headers will take place at 3 and 8 pm respectively.
