Are Pak Suzuki APV’s days in Pakistan almost over? The new pricing stirs debate!
Previously, the automaker was known for offering cars that were cheaper than the other competition.

For the past three decades, three main automakers have been ruling the Pakistani auto industry, including the Pak Suzuki Motor Company (PSMC).
Previously, the automaker was known for offering cars that were cheaper than the other competition. These low priced Suzuki cars could fulfill people’s needs, but now the company seems to have lost its course. Lately, the PSMC has been introducing multiple price hikes without improving the current vehicle lineup or offering any new products.

Now Suzuki has increased the price of another vehicle – the Suzuki APV. According to sources, the vehicle’s price has increased by a massive Rs. 1,115,000.
Old price: Rs. 3,460,000
New price: Rs. 4,575,000

Details about the Suzuki APV
The Suzuki APV came to Pakistan in 2004 and is sold in Pakistan as a CBU imported vehicle from Indonesia. Due to imported duties and taxes, the vehicle becomes more expensive when it’s shipped here. Since 2004, there hasn’t been any change in the APV, apart from a few styling updates.

Suzuki APV Substitutes
Pakistanis should know that there are now better vehicle options available in the auto market that offer much more value than the 15-year-old minivan. For the same price or less, you can buy a DFSK Glory 580 or a Honda BR-V, both of which can accommodate seven passengers and offer more features.
Sources speculate that with the increasing entry of new automakers in the market and Suzuki’s rising prices, the days of the Suzuki APV might be numbered in Pakistan.
