Erdogan visits Pakistan: Business community expects Pak-Turk trade to increase up to $2billion
Pakistan and Turkey should consider the exchange between business delegations so businessmen can have first-hand information about each other.
Pakistan’s business community has high expectations associated with President Tayyip Erdogan’s Pakistan visit. They are hopeful that significant progress will be made on business fronts and Pakistan and Turkey would make efforts to increase the bilateral trade volume to up to $2 billion.
Veteran trade leader and Central Chairman of United Business Group Iftikhar Ali Malik believes that President Erdogan’s Pakistan visit shows that Turkey is interested in enhancing business cooperation as well.
Speaking to APP, Malik further said that under Imran Khan and Erdogan’s leadership, Muslims can pave their own way towards progress and economic revival. He said that Muslim ummah needs to realize the significance of unity and should stand together, cooperate on economic and business spheres and make use of modern technologies to tackle the present-day challenges.
“JVs would provide Pakistani businessmen an ample opportunity to avail benefit from the expertise of Turkey in these particular sectors,” Malik added.
To make it possible, Pakistan and Turkey should consider the exchange between business delegations so businessmen can have first-hand information about each other.
