Pakistan Military Cadet Declared The Best Among Overseas Cadets At Royal Military Academy, UK

With his burning passion, motivation and hard work Pakistan’s pride Shehroz Shahid has added his name to the list of youngsters who are making the nation proud on international platforms.
Shehroz is a Pakistan Military Academy cadet, who was currently undergoing training at the prestigious Royal Military Academy (RMA) in the UK. Top cadets in PMA are chosen to be trained at RMA, which are further selected after a series of tests, finalization of merit list and panel interviews.  Not only was Shehroz among the toppers in PMA and got through the test, lending him a chance to be trained at this prestigious institute, he also received the highest merit award declaring him the best overseas cadet in RMA as well.

He was chosen after thoroughly examining his stay at RMA, Sandhurst that declared him the top scorer in all three categories: education, training and physical fitness. The award was presented to Shehroz by the British Army’s Chief of General Staff, General Sir Nicholas Patrick Carter. The award is equivalent to the Queen’s medal and is presented to the best overall performer among the visiting cadets.

Shehroz said that it is his dream come true. Ever since he stepped inside RMA, he wanted Pakistan’s name to be announced on the stage. Here is what he said:

‘’The only thing important to me was Pakistan’s name being announced on an International stage. Allah has been the kindest to me and my family. The actual path starts now. May Allah guide me to give my best to Pakistan and serve best where ever and whenever I will be called to. Thank you, everyone, for your love and support’’ (Source: ProPakistani)
