Pakistan’s surgical, medical instruments’ exports increase by 10.94%
Pharmaceutical products worth $92,714 million were also exported during the first 5 months.
[APP]: Footwear exports of Pakistan have optimistically increased by 10.94% in the first five months as compared to figures from the last year.
During the period from July-November 2019, Surgical Goods and Medical Instruments whose worth amounted to $174,530 million was exported. Comparing it with 2018, the figures stood at of $157,326 million for the initial five months.
As per the statistics released by Pakistan Bureau of Statistics, the exports of cutlery in particular increased by 10.48%. The value of the exported cutlery is $40,003 million, compared to $36,209 million of the same period of last year.
With this, pharmaceutical products worth $92,714 million were also exported during the first 5 months of the ongoing financial year. Last year, the exports stood at $85,323 million for the same period.
