Schedule, Ticket Cost, Date: Turkish low-cost carrier Pegasus Airlines to start flights from Istanbul to Karachi

Turkey’s low-cost carrier, Pegasus Airlines, announced that it is launching flights from Istanbul to Karachi.

The İstanbul-based carrier applied to The Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) in February to start services to Pakistan, with the inaugural flight initially scheduled to depart in June.

In a statement issued, the airline said, “Turkey’s digital airline Pegasus continues to increase overseas flight destinations, with its newly launched Istanbul’s Sabiha Gökçen Airport- Jinnah International Karachi Airport direct flights.”

Pegasus Airline Istanbul to Karachi flights will start as of September 25.

Flights from Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW) to Jinnah International Airport Karachi (KHI) will initiate on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday. It will be operated from Jinnah International Airport (KHI) to Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW) on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.

Pegasus flights for Manchester, London, Zürich, Paris, Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Stockholm, Frankfurt, Berlin, Vienna, Rome, Cologne, Brussels, Kyiv, Bucharest, Kharkiv, Moscow, Stuttgart, Geneva, Barcelona, Marseille, Zaporizhia, and the İstanbul-Karachi line are on sale at prices starting from USD 129.99 (approximately PKR 21,634), the airline said.

Pegasus Airlines is the first-ever Turkish economical airline, and the company was founded in 1990.

As per the press statement by the company, the commercial carrier is linked with Gerry’s Group of Pakistan.
