Under the offer, the national flag carrier will increase the number of flights between Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad.
Local media reported that Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) introduced a winter special offer for all domestic flight passengers on Saturday. The offer will remain effective from the 25th of December to the 31st of December.
Under the offer, the national flag carrier will increase the number of flights between Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad. PIA authorities announced:
We will charge a fare of Rs. 7,800 for flights between the three cities, while the return ticket will be charged at Rs. 15,600.
Previously, the national flag carrier had announced another incentive on the 18th of December 2020, which stated:
Special fares are being introduced to facilitate travelers visiting Skardu and Gilgit, so they can see some of the highest global peaks in the world.

PIA authorities shared further details about the incentive on its Twitter feed and said:
We will now charge a minimum one-way fare of Rs. 6,915 from passengers traveling from Islamabad to Skardu and Gilgit areas of the federally-administered region.

It is pertinent to mention that PIA introduced special fares in times of extreme weather conditions to provide convenient, accessible, and affordable air travel facility to all PIA travelers, especially to the people of northern areas. It should be noted that the national flag carrier has been working to improve its services in many other areas too.
Recently, the CEO PIA Air Marshal Arshad Malik conducted a review meeting with the airline’s officials and marketing team. In the meeting, the CEO instructed all employees to bring out their best by providing the most decent services to the passengers traveling on domestic and international flights.
He continued to instruct the staff and stated:
I encourage you all to work with new zeal, strength, and enthusiasm for the airline’s betterment with the start of the new year.
