PIA issues the transfer of nearly 500 employees.

On Wednesday, the Pakistan International Airline (PIA) management issued orders for the transfer of nearly 500 employees from Karachi to Islamabad.

According to sources, a total of 450 employees from the flag carrier’s marketing department have been asked to relocate. The employees will move from the port city to the capital by the 28th of December.

Sources stated:

The reason for the shift is that all PIA offices in Sindh — except the ones in Larkana — have been closed.

It should be noted that these employees were first transferred from interior Sindh to Karachi. Now, PIA has issued the official transfers from Karachi to Islamabad.
