PM Khan Launches ‘Zindagi App’ For Drugs Prevention

Prime Minister Imran Khan has launched the ‘Zindagi App’ in a ceremony held today in Islamabad.

‘Zindagi App’ is an initiative of the ministry of Narcotics Control, aimed to spread awareness about the menace of drugs in the society.

Addressing the launching ceremony, PM Khan said that children are exposed to drugs which is a matter of deep concern. The Prime Minister also called for collective efforts to stop the menace of drugs from spreading further in the society.

“”It is our collective responsibility to take measures against such evil acts and provide a better environment to our children,” PM said.

Moreover, he also stated that mobile phones are being used for drugs and child abuse. The cricketer turned politician also urged teachers and Ulema to raise awareness against drugs and child abuse in the society.

“Our youth and children are getting involved in such habits which are affecting their future,” PM added further.

The PM also warned that strict action will be taken against drug mafia. He also congratulated Sheheryar Afridi for the launch of ‘Zindagi App’.

The application will likely by available for both Android and iOS users.
