Punjab Police have arrested a Vlogger, and journalist Waqas Aziz, for sexually assaulting a 13-year old boy in Lahore.

Aziz is an anti-Aurat March propagandist who made content against the Aurat March manifesto on his social media platforms, where he instigated viewers against the participants and organizers.

He has been running a YouTube channel by the name of “Sukhan TV.” The Vlogger has also worked for various media houses and TV channels.

As per the Punjab Police, Aziz owned a fast-food stall in Model Town, Lahore, where the 13-year-old victim, Usman, was employed.

Sources have revealed that Waqas called Usman to his flat on Sunday evening, sexually abused him, and threatened to kill him if he complained.

The victim’s father told a source that his son informed him about the incident and called the police. The defendant has confessed to the crime.

Police have registered an FIR under section 377-E (unnatural offense with a child where the victim’s age is less than fourteen years) of the Pakistan Penal Code, which is a non-bailable offense.
