PPSC launches e-payment system to facilitate online job applications
Once the candidate has submitted the fees, PPSC will send them a confirmation SMS and email.
In order to facilitate candidates that have applied for jobs under the Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC), the department has launched an e-payment system.
Speaking on the matter, a spokesperson for the Commission said that while applying through the online job portal, candidates will be provided a 17-digit Payment Slip ID (PSID). Then, they can submit the fee against the PSID through Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, 1Link, Microfinance Banks, or an ATM, whichever is convenient for them.
Online payment system
Once the candidate has submitted the fees, PPSC will send them a confirmation SMS and email. Then, they can complete their job portal application.
Through the e-payment system, the candidate will be saved from the hassle of visiting the National Bank of Pakistan (NBP), while simultaneously speeding up the application process. It will also prevent unpaid challan forms, and automate receipt verifications.
It is a facility that will be available 24/7 to benefit candidates. Once it is launched, the PPSC will not accept 32-A fee challan forms. Similarly, a candidate cannot process their application without fee payment.
If a person is confused about online fee payment, there are websites and manuals available on the PPSC website to guide them.
This is an exciting development, which will save candidates the trouble of manual fee submission and make the entire process more convenient.
